Our Product Vision

Hiring managers describe their job in plain text as they would to a recruiter (“I’m looking for a consumer PM manager who has led other PMs through a hyper-growth phase at their company”), and qualified candidate interviews are placed on their calendar for phone screens.

Candidates respond to our software with their preferences (“This is a bad fit for me, I’m looking to transition to a fintech startup at the director level”) and are served better fitting jobs.

About the Role

We are looking to bring on recruiting operations specialists who will manage our AI platform to deliver great interview-ready candidates for our customers. In the role, you'll assist our software platform to provide a human touch in engaging with candidates and employers. You'll also collaborate with our engineering, product, and design teams to help improve our automation and AI technology. 

Note that this is a hybrid role out of Bengaluru, India. Candidates will be expected to work from our office at least 3 times per week. 

Need to have

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience 
  • Strong written English communication 
  • Analytical chops to analyze Hirefly job performance against customer expectations 
  • Attention to detail to deliver a world-class candidate experience
